Fitness wasn't always my thing, in fact, I was terrible at it. My transformation took time and a lot of trial and error.
I struggled with my weight ever since I was a little girl. I was very unhappy because I wasn't the thinnest and my insecurities
would take over my life. I tried so many different things and for some reason I would always fail and let that get the best of me.
It was hard to figure things out but I did. I spent a lot of time reading about the actual truth in fitness and stopped listening to the
many myths that the media has put out there. I was able to take control of my life learning how to balance what I see in the mirror with
what I feel in my heart. I love to inspire other girls and my goal is to make their process to a healthier life easier! I will teach you
the mistakes I made and how I corrected them.
